Pour ce type, R. Calciati n’a recensé que six exemplaires. Les types égyptiens s’introduisent dans le monnayage égyptien et semblent montrer les liens qui existaient entre la Sicile et l’Égypte débutés dès l’époque d’Agathoklès. Ce type pourrait avoir été frappé au Ier siècle avant J.-C..
