Commentary


Denier hybride associant un droit de Septime Sévère de la fin du règne (211) et un revers de Julia Domna normalement daté de 214. C’est donc un hybride ou un faux d’époque. Semble complètement inédit et non signalé. Manque à tous les ouvrages consultés.

Septimius Severus was born in Leptis Magna 146 in Africa (Libya). After a distinguished military career under the reigns of Marcus Aurelius and Commodus, he was consul in 185 suffect.
