Commentary

En 1689, avec l’accord du parlement, Guillaume III et Marie II deviennent conjointement roi et reine d’Angleterre en 1689. En 1894, Marie décède de la variole. Guillaume III gouverne jusqu’à sa mort en 1702.
In 1689, with the consent of Parliament, William III and Mary II became joint King and Queen of England in 1689. In 1894, Mary died of smallpox. William III ruled until his death in 1702.
