Ce triens est frappé sur un flan assez large et légèrement voilé. Exemplaire présentant une trace de choc sur l’arrière de la tête et sur la croix. Défaut de flan à la base de la croix du revers

Ce triens est donné à l’Auvergne par Prou et Belfort et le buste st décrit comme étant casqué. Dans les faits, il s’agit d’un buste lauré présentant de longs rubans sur la tête, donnant l’impression d’un casque. Ce type de buste de retrouvant sur des deniers de la région de Reims, nous retenons cette ville comme le lieu de frappe, même si son nom n’apparaît pas.
This triens is attributed to Auvergne by Prou and Belfort and the bust is described as being helmeted. In fact, it is a laureate bust with long ribbons on the head, giving the impression of a helmet. This type of bust is found on deniers from the Reims region, we retain this city as the place of minting, even if its name does not appear
