Cet exemplaire a été décerné à Monsieur J. Polak en 1955. Le C. R. E. P. S. A. est un régime professionnel des salariés du secteur des Assurances, fermé au 31 décembre 1995.
François Maurice Thénot (1893-1963) est un sculpteur et médailliste, médaille d'argent au Salon des Artistes français en 1936.
Cette plaquette rentre dans une série sur les animaux de la jungle. Elle comprend les koudous, les impalas, le cougar, les girafes, le python, un combat d'antilopes, les lions, l'éléphant et le rhinocéros, en plus du buffle.

FOURTH REPUBLIC

(16/01/1947-8/01/1959)

Characterized by a parliamentary system coupled with a large ministerial instability, the Fourth Republic has the distinction of never having been officially proclaimed.
