Exemplaire sur un petit flan corrodé sur les légendes. Beau portrait. Usure importante, mais parfaitement lisible et identifiable. Patine noire granuleuse

Obverse description : Buste diadémé et cuirassé de Procope à droite avec pan de paludamentum, vu de trois quarts en arrière (B'01a) ; diadème perlé.
Obverse translation : “Dominus Noster Procopius Pius Felix Augustus”, (Notre seigneur Procope pieux heureux auguste).

Reverse description : Procope, vêtu militairement debout de face tourné à gauche tournant la tête à droite, tenant une javeline de la main droite et s'appuyant sur un bouclier de la main gauche.

Commentary


Rubans de type 3 aux extrémités bouletées. Ptéryges invisibles. Cuirasse lisse. Bouclier orné d’un umbo central. Semble complètement inédit pour la troisième officine. N’était pas signalé dans les ouvrages de référence.
