Tout comme les 5 francs 1962, 1 franc 1960 et la 1 centime épi 1964, ces pièces en plastique étaient utilisées pour l’entrainement des caissiers (banques, administrations). Elles étaient bien entendu récupérées après les exercices et il est rare d’en trouver. Type normal avec la légende RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE en caractères épais.
