Commentary

Le style de la tête associé à la légende NERONKEN sur une ligne d'exergue font correspondre cette monnaie aux n° 3 et 6 du Villaronga, chacun considéré R8. Le n° 3 a un point entre les deux lettres ON et le n° 8 a une autre légende BIU sous la ligne d'exergue.
Ce type de bronze est apparenté au monnayage celtibère transpyrénéen ou "ibérico-languedocien".
The style of the head associated with the NERONKEN legend on an exergue line makes this coin correspond to Nos. 3 and 6 of Villaronga, each considered R8. No. 3 has a dot between the two letters ON and No. 8 has another legend BIU under the exergue line. This type of bronze is related to Celtiberian trans-Pyrenean or “Iberian-Languedocian” coinage.
