Néron est l’arrière petit neveu de Tibère et l’arrière arrière petit-fils d’Auguste, c’est aussi le neveu de Caligula et le fils adoptif de Claude.

NERO and TIBERIUS
Nero is the last descendant of the Julio-Claudian gens. Through his mother, he is Tiberius' great-grandnephew and Augustus is his great-grandfather. Nero insisted on recalling this filiation in coinage through dynastic issues.
