Commentary

Médaille satirique présentée dans l’ouvrage “Histoire des Monnaies Satiriques” de Christian Schweyer en tant que type K (p.381-383). Il existe deux types différents : K1 frappé à Bruxelles et exclusivement en argent ; K2 refrappé à Stuttgart par l’entreprise Wilhelm Mayer et pouvant être en argent, en cuivre (ou cuivre doré) ou en laiton. Il s’agit ici de la variété K2 en laiton, dont l’ouvrage ne répertorie qu’un seul exemplaire !.
