Commentary

Poids léger. Au droit, nous avons deux types d’ornementation sur le diadème, une croix ou trèfle trifolié et deux types de bustes bien différents, le premier grossier et le second fin. Notre exemplaire présente bien une croisette liée à un buste du second groupe. En l’an 8 coexistent les deux types de decanummium.
Light weight. On the obverse, we have two types of ornamentation on the diadem, a cross or trifoliate clover and two very different types of busts, the first coarse and the second fine. Our example clearly has a cross linked to a bust from the second group. In the year 8, the two types of decanummium coexisted
