MACEDONIA - ACANTHUS
(5th-4th century BC)
Acanthe, founded in the 7th century BC, was a colony of Andros, an island in the Aegean Sea located on the peninsula of Acté. The workshop had a very important production from the end of the 6th century BC thanks to the mines which were in this region.
