Coments on the condition:
Cette pièce est frappée sur un flan large et régulier. Exemplaire présentant de hauts reliefs et recouvert d’une jolie patine grise de médaillier laissant encore voir le brillant de frappe. De petites stries d’ajustage à 9 heures au droit et au revers. Les cheveux au-dessus de l’oreille du génie sont bien visible, ce qui est particulièrement rare. Infime coup sur la tranche, à 6 heures au droit

Marat was assassinated by Charlotte Corday July 13, 1793. The end of government Girondins 31 May and 2 June brings judgment and execution on October 31. This is the beginning of the federalist movement in the province. Marseille is August 25 and October 17 Lyon. The Vendee, who took Saumur on June 9, crashed in Cholet on October 17. The levee en masse is decreed on August 23. On September 5, the Convention establishes Terror.
