Exemplaire sur un petit flan ovale et iirrgulier. Buste énigmatique au droit. Frappe un peu molle au revers. Patine vert foncé granuleuse

Commentary
C’est la plus petite dénomination monétaire frappée pour l’empire Byzantin à Carthage. Il en fallait 7200 pour faire un solidus. Sur cet exemplaire, nous pensons plus au buste du Christ qu’à celui de l’empereur dans la représentation du droit.
