Commentary
Nicolas-Prosper Bauyn d’Angervilliers (1675-1740) obtint le titre de conseiller d’État en 1720. Il fut nommé secrétaire d’État à la guerre le 22 mai 1728, puis ministre d’État en 1729. Les armes accolées aux siennes sont celles de sa femme, Marie-Anne de Maupéou, épousée en 1694. D'Angervilliers, Maître des Requêtes, fit partie du groupe initial des Commissaires du Commerce.
Nicolas-Prosper Bauyn d'Angervilliers (1675-1740) obtained the title of State Councilor in 1720. He was appointed Secretary of State for War on May 22, 1728, then Minister of State in 1729. The arms next to his are those of his wife, Marie-Anne de Maupéou, married in 1694. D'Angervilliers, Master of Requests, was part of the initial group of Trade Commissioners
