Commentary
Claude Galland , IIe du nom, sieur de Beausablon, fut reçu, le 13 mai 1665, conseiller du Roi maître en la chambre des comptes. Il vivait, le 9 juillet 1681, avec Catherine Guyon , sa femme, fille et unique héritière de feu Ignace Guyou, et de Catherine Passart. Claude Galland mourut au mois de septembre 1693 et sa femme ne lui survécut qu'un mois.
Claude Galland, II of the name, Lord of Beausablon, was received, on May 13, 1665, advisor to the King, master in the chamber of accounts. He was living, on July 9, 1681, with Catherine Guyon, his wife, daughter and sole heiress of the late Ignace Guyou, and of Catherine Passart. Claude Galland died in September 1693 and his wife survived him only one month.
