Commentary

Refrappe indiscutable. Il faut noter à quel point un jeton octogonal est rare et exceptionnel en 1697. Feuardent ne le cite qu’en refrappe. Rouyer classe ce jeton en Princes et Princesses de France.
Indisputable re-strike. It should be noted how rare and exceptional an octagonal token was in 1697. Feuardent only mentions it as a re-strike. Rouyer classifies this token as Princes and Princesses of France
