IKHSHIDID - ABU'L QASIM

The Ikhishidids were a dynasty originating in Central Asia which dominated Egypt and Syria between 935 and 969. The reign of Abu'l Qasim is intercalated between those of Muhammad bin Tughj (935-946/ AH. 323- 334) and that of Ali bin al-khshid (961-966/ AH. 349-355).
