Exemplaire sur un flan large, bien centré des deux côtés. Beau portrait de Gordien III. Joli revers avec une faiblesse de frappe sur la légende. Patine marron superficielle

Gordian III is the grandson of Gordian I and the nephew of Gordian II, ephemeral emperors of the year 238. At the request of the people of Rome, he is chosen as Caesar by Balbin and Pupian and succeeds them after their assassinations.
