Bel exemplaire sur flan large, épais et bien centré. Patine marron. Présence de concrétion, notamment au revers. Très beau buste de Gordien III

Gordian III is the grandson of Gordian I and the nephew of Gordian II, ephemeral emperors of the year 238. At the request of the people of Rome, he is chosen as Caesar by Balbin and Pupian and succeeds them after their assassinations.
