Bronze rare et bien identifiable, mais sur un flan un peu court avec une patine piquée par endroits, surtout en bord de flan

Commentary

Ce très rare bronze est traditionnellement attribué aux Bellovaques, mais il semblerait qu'il se trouve plutôt chez les Calètes. Cet exemplaire est très proche des autres que nous avons déjà proposé ; le n° 843 de MONNAIES IX et le n° 1282 de MONNAIES 34, le n° 463 de MONNAIES 57.
Le revers a la particularité d’avoir l’esse pointée, contrairement au DT. 665 ou à celui de MONNAIES 34..
