Cette monnaie initialement imaginée comme pièce commémorative de la Première Guerre mondiale, a été gravée par le sculpteur italo-américain Anthony (Antonio) de Francisci.En 1921, seule le type à relief haut (High Relief) a été frappé.
This coin, originally designed as a commemorative coin for the First World War, was engraved by the Italian-American sculptor Anthony (Antonio) de Francisci. In 1921, only the High Relief type was struck.
