Obverse translation : “Divus Constantinus Pater Augustorum”, (Divin Constantin père des augustes).

Reverse legend : ANÉPIGRAPHE.
Reverse description : Constantin dans un quadrige au galop à droite, tendant la main droite à une autre main qui descend du ciel pour le recevoir.
