Exemplaire sur un flan large et épais, parfaitement centré des deux côtés avec les grènetis visibles. Très beau portrait massif de Constance Ier. Frappe un peu molle au revers. Très jolie patine vert foncé avec des reflets métalliques

Augustus

Constantius became Caesar on March 1, 293 at the same time as Galerius. Constance, who became august in 305, went to Brittany to fight the Picts. He died in York as Septimius Severus on July 25, 306. Constantine had had time to join him, despite Galerius' ban. Constantine struck an important coinage of consecration then restitution in his memory.
