Médaille uniface avec une feutrine au revers, et une étiquette en plusieurs langues expliquant l’origine du prototype.
Bien que réalisée en Grèce, cette médaille reproduit une monnaie frappée à Catane, en Sicile.

Catane (en italien Catania) est une ville de la province du même nom en Sicile en Italie. C'est la deuxième ville la plus peuplée de l'île (environ 315 000 habitants) derrière Palerme..
