Commentary


Médaille au module de 20 francs or éditée par Jean-Marc Laleta et frappée à 50000 exemplaires, livrée dans sa pochette plastique d'origine et accompagnée de son certificat.
La médaille présente des coups au niveau de la joue et dans le champ à 4 heures à l'avers. Il semble s'agir de défauts liés à la fabrication. L'espacement régulier laisse à penser que la machine servant à canneler la tranche soit retombée d'une manière ou d'une autre sur l'avers de cette médaille.

The constitution was amended on January 28, 1958. October 1962 by referendum where a majority of 62% of votes approves the election of the President of the Republic by direct universal suffrage.
