Nous pensons que ce jeton a été utilisé dans un cercle car l’avers Heur et Malheur est caractéristique et qu’il s’agissait d’un cercle regroupant des médecins ou des chirurgiens car tant Apollon qu’Hygie sont leurs dieux tutélaires. La frappe est en flan mat.
