Ce thaler est frappé sur un flan large et régulier, légèrement bombé du fait du système de frappe au rouleau. Une jolie patine grise de médaillier recouvre les deux faces. Malgré l’usure toutes les légendes sont lisibles

Obverse description : Buste de la Vierge tenant l'enfant Jésus et un sceptre au-dessus d'un écu aux armes de Lodron sommé d'un chapeau cardinalice.
Obverse translation : (Paris, par la grâce de Dieu, archevêque de Salzbourg, légat du siège apostolique).

(1619-1653)
Paris von Lodron succeeded Markus Sittikus von Hohenems. His archbishopric was marked by the transfer of the remains of Saint-Robert to the new cathedral inaugurated on September 25, 1628. Guidobald von Thun succeeded him (1654-1668).
