Albert Marius Hippolyte Decaris (1901-1988) est un peintre, décorateur et graveur français. Buriniste renommé pour sa virtuosité, il a également travaillé à l'aquarelle et au lavis d'encre, souvent pour préparer ses gravures, et a gravé de nombreux timbres-poste. (cf. wikipedia).
