Reverse legend : INSCRIPTION EN PEHLVI.
Reverse description : Autel entre deux prêtres, du Soleil à gauche et de la Lune à droite, entouré d'un triple grènetis, au-dessus quatre croissants surmontés d'étoiles ; dans le champ, quatre groupes de trois globules posés en triangle.

Commentary


Cette drachme appartiendrait à ‘Abd Allah v. ‘Amir gouverneur de Basra de et de Koufa (670-674), frappé pour l’atelier de Darabgird en l’an 42 ou 43 de l’hégire en pehlvi.
