Commentary

Impression locale. Surchargé SPECIMEN en rouge, sans signatures, avec filigrane. En juillet 1971 il restait 10 billets non rentrés en banque, nous avons vu un seul exemplaire émis.
Local printing. Overprinted SPECIMEN in red, without signatures, with watermark. In July 1971 there were 10 notes still unreturned to the bank, we saw only one example issued
