Commentary

Perforé SPECIMEN verticalement à droite et surchargé en noir à gauche au recto SPÉCIMEN N°0049. Signature non répertoriée, très probablement celle de François Aplogan (voir Kolsky p.102) président de la BCEAO durant trois semaines du 26/11 au 17/12/1963. Seul exemplaire connu. (voir aussi P.002 et P.004).
Perforated SPECIMEN vertically on the right and overprinted in black on the left on the front SPECIMEN N°0049. Signature not listed, most likely that of François Aplogan (see Kolsky p.102) president of the BCEAO for three weeks from 26/11 to 17/12/1963. Only known example. (see also P.002 and P.004)
