Perforé SPECIMEN en oblique et surchargé deux fois en noir sur les côtés. Type rarissime avec la surcharge de Saint Pierre et Miquelon. C'est seulement la 4ème fois que nous proposons à la vente ce spécimen.
SPECIMEN perforated obliquely and overprinted twice in black on the sides. Extremely rare type with the overprint of Saint Pierre and Miquelon. This is only the 4th time we have offered this specimen for sale.
