Commentary


Épreuve cartonnée uniface en noir et blanc avec six perforations, non datée, non signée, non numérotée. Cette Banque, fondée en 1889 par Saint-Martin Légasse, armateur basque, est autorisée par la Banque de France à émettre deux coupures de 27 et 54 Francs. Ces coupures ont circulé jusqu'à la Première Guerre Mondiale.
