Quatre pays (Allemagne, Italie, Espagne, Autriche) ont émis des séries complètes ou partielles à petits numéros pour les offrir à des personnalités politiques ou bancaires (voir le livre "Les Eurobillets" de M. Guy Sohier).
Small issue. In 2016, we sold the 5 Euro banknote from Spain bearing the same number 8023. Four countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria) issued complete or partial series with small issues to offer to political or banking figures (see the book \\\"Les Eurobillets\\\" by Mr. Guy Sohier).
