RODRÍGUEZ, ancien président de la commission des chemins de fer pendant les années 1913-1915. Les billets 2 1/2 et 10 Centavos sont en SUP, le 20 Centavos est en TTB.
Banknotes issued by the ASUNCIÓN TRAMWAY LIGHT & POWER CO. company in Asunción, capital of Paraguay, in 1913, to cover the lack of national coin in circulation. They are signed by Manuel A. RODRÍGUEZ, former president of the Railway Commission during the years 1913-1915. The 2 1/2 and 10 Centavos notes are in SUP, the 20 Centavos is in TTB
