En 1982, le Luxembourg reprend la série non émise de 1963 pour préparer une émission d'urgence après la dévaluation du Franc Belge, cette série ne sera finalement pas émise. Épreuve uniface partielle du recto en marron foncé sur fond blanc, sans filigrane, une perforation. En marge au stylo : AS SUBMITTED 2-7-82 et N° 7 TAN BROWN.
In 1982, Luxembourg took over the unissued series of 1963 to prepare an emergency issue after the devaluation of the Belgian Franc, this series was ultimately not issued. Partial single-sided proof of the front in dark brown on a white background, without watermark, one perforation. In the margin in pen: AS SUBMITTED 2-7-82 and N° 7 TAN BROWN
