Aquarelle sur carton d'un billet fantaisie de "100", en bas à droite : Arkhangelsk 11 nov. 1918 et un monogramme. Ce document est français : en 1918 des poilus continuaient de se battre contre les bolcheviks à Arkhangelsk et Odessa, il est très probable que ce document soit de l'un d'eux. La date du 11 novembre 1918 est symbolique pour ces combattants. Quatre drapeaux sur la droite : Italie, France, Grande-Bretagne et États-Unis. Sur la gauche un tonneau marqué "Harengs". Le personnage de gauche tient un phoque en laisse, cet animal est le symbole de la ville car sa chair a permis à la population de résister à une grave famine. Dimension du Dessin 21,2 X 13,2 cm.
