Reverse description : Tête de la Marianne plus pacifique de la Troisième République, laurée de fleurs et de fruits, avec un petit chignon.

Commentary

Intéressant jeton qui illustre parfaitement la différence entre la Première et la Troisième République et qui référence correctement la naissance de ce Régime en 1792.
Il a probablement été frappé à l’occasion d’une manifestation politiquement orientée socialiste car dater le nouveau régime de 1792 Insiste sur la période radicale, bientôt suivie de la Terreur et de l’assassinat de la famille royale - au contraire, choisir 1789 comme référence aurait été plus consensuel.
