Exemplaire sur un petit flan ovale et irrégulier un peu court au droit sur les antérieurs de Pégase. Joli droit. Revers de style fin, bien venu à la frappe. Patine avec des reflets dorés

(350-306 BC)

Corinth was the unwitting victim of Macedonian hegemony over Asia from Alexander the Great because it then lost its strategic role. Ptolemy I occupied it from 308 to 306 BC, which marks the date of the end of the manufacture of "colts". It joined the Achaean league after 268 BC, but the city was razed by Lucius Memmius in 146 BC for opposing Rome.
